Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We deliver nationwide across South Africa by courier from our Randburg (Johannesburg) warehouse. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment clearing and typically arrive within 2–5 working days depending on your area. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel has been collected by the courier.

• Standard courier delivery: R115 incl. VAT per order.
• Free delivery on qualifying orders above the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout.
• Collection: free from our Randburg showroom during business hours.

Delivery is available to South African addresses only. Orders over R2 000 may require payment to clear before dispatch.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return an item within 7 days of delivery provided it is unused, in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories, manuals and documentation. Please contact us first so that we can authorise the return and arrange collection or an in-store return.

• Returns can be made in store or by courier; authorised returns are collected at no cost to you.
• Items must be in resalable condition. Opened consumables, software, memory cards and items showing signs of use cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods, to the original payment method.

Faulty goods and warranty

All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty (Tamron lenses: see the warranty registration page). If an item arrives faulty or develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault and we will arrange repair, replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
